Communicating with Confidence: Showing up

You have great ideas, but getting them to land clearly feels daunting. Communicating with Confidence is a hands-on, low-pressure workshop series designed to take the stress out of public speaking, communication, and presentations.
Across three standalone sessions, we explore the core elements of communication: Yourself, Your Audience, and Your Content. This session focuses on you and how you show up.
Do you ever freeze up in meetings or feel the heavy pressure of trying to say things perfectly? This session is designed to help you calm your nerves and understand how you uniquely show up when communicating. Using low-pressure exercises and reflection, we will practice simple ways to handle overthinking, shift our relationship with making mistakes, and learn to build confidence and presence.
Each workshop stands entirely on its own, so you can register for just one or explore all three to build your complete toolkit.
