Start learning the fundamentals of this lively game. Learn the basic strokes taught by a qualified instructor. All equipment is supplied for use, if needed. Participants MUST arrive on time and stay for entire lesson. Please wear proper gym clothing (running shoes, shorts/sweatpants, T-shirts, etc.)
